Having the courage to express your beliefs to others and not being afraid of what they might think involves faith and fortitude. Allowing yourself to be who you really are with all people requires that you stand in your power. Standing in your power simply means “owning” what you believe to be true. It definitely does take courage to be your authentic self and to emanate this power in your words and actions.

As I’ve stated before, there are two ways to view everything – through the eyes of love and through the eyes of fear. Love is a heart-spaced higher vibrational energy; whereas fear comprises every emotion that is not love, including worry, fear, doubt, regret, guilt, shame, frustration and so on. Choosing to stay in the heart-space and see every individual and experience through the Higher vibration of love is essential for our journey into consciousness.

We must all be the change we wish to see in the world. Continuing to remember that we are reflections of one another, let us have the courage to be who we are without fear of judgment. Ultimately, each one of us desires to love and to be loved. Acknowledge your fellow travelers as we each embark on our own adventure called life. Journey with Trust

TrustOur journey into consciousness involves a lot of trust. Trust that we are having the experiences we are intended to have for this incarnation. Trust that everything is happening how and when (and if) it is supposed to.

The Universe does not operate on human’s linear time with clocks and calendars; it operates on Divine time. The lower vibrational emotions of fear and worry serve no purpose other than creating more fear and worry. They go hand and hand inhibiting and creating blockages in our life. Fear tends to suppress living because we avoid taking “risks” in life. We are fearful of the outcome or what others may think of us, so we avoid taking the perceived “risk” altogether. As I frequently state, I feel like it is important for each one of us to honor all of the emotions we are feeling. There is no need to view the lower vibrational emotions as “bad” or negative. Rather, we should simply be aware of them and how they restrict our flow of manifestation.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we will attain a greater understanding of seeing every experience as an opportunity for learning and growth.  Everything is happening exactly as it is supposed to in Divine time; we simply have to trust in the process.
