Journey with Courage

courage quote

Having the courage to express your beliefs to others and not being afraid of what they might think involves faith and fortitude. Allowing yourself to be who you really are with all people requires that you stand in your power. Standing in your power simply means “owning” what you believe to be true. It definitely does take courage to be your authentic self and to emanate this power in your words and actions.

It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are. ~ e.e. Cummings

As I’ve stated before, there are two ways to view everything – through the eyes of love and through the eyes of fear. Love is a heart-spaced higher vibrational energy; whereas fear comprises every emotion that is not love, including worry, fear, doubt, regret, guilt, shame, frustration and so on. Choosing to stay in the heart-space and see every individual and experience through the Higher vibration of love is essential for our journey into consciousness.

We must all be the change we wish to see in the world. Continuing to remember that we are reflections of one another, let us have the courage to be who we are without fear of judgment. Ultimately, each one of us desires to love and to be loved. Acknowledge your fellow travelers as we each embark on our own adventure called life. Call upon Archangel Michael to assist you with accessing your courage and choose to consciously journey into consciousness with courage while releasing the fear.

Journey with Love

A Gift of LoveThere are two ways to view everything – through the eyes of love or through the eyes of fear. Love comes from the heart-space and is a higher vibration. Fear is a lower vibrational energy and comprises every emotion that isn’t love, including anger, frustration, worry, fear, doubt, regret and so on.

By choosing consciously to see every individual and experience through the Higher/soul perspective, you are viewing it through the eyes of love. Honor yourself and what you are feeling always.

Open your heart to love and to be loved. Love yourself for who YOU are. Doing so isn’t self-ish; it’s self-love. The more that you love you, the more this loving energy will have a ripple effect throughout your life.

Allow the love energy to flow freely through you as you journey into consciousness with love.

Journey with Trust

TrustOur journey into consciousness involves a lot of trust. Trust that we are having the experiences we are intended to have for this incarnation. Trust that everything is happening how and when (and if) it is supposed to.

The Universe does not operate on human’s linear time with clocks and calendars; it operates on Divine time. The lower vibrational emotions of fear and worry serve no purpose other than creating more fear and worry. They go hand and hand inhibiting and creating blockages in our life. Fear tends to suppress living because we avoid taking “risks” in life. We are fearful of the outcome or what others may think of us, so we avoid taking the perceived “risk” altogether. As I frequently state, I feel like it is important for each one of us to honor all of the emotions we are feeling. There is no need to view the lower vibrational emotions as “bad” or negative. Rather, we should simply be aware of them and how they restrict our flow of manifestation.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we will attain a greater understanding of seeing every experience as an opportunity for learning and growth.  Everything is happening exactly as it is supposed to in Divine time; we simply have to trust in the process.

Say what you mean to say…

Copyright Caitlin Wilson 2013Once again, during a recent conversation with one of my closest friends and colleagues, the “tough” questions came up. Inevitably during our chats, we begin to reflect and ponder, taking the conversation to a much deeper level than originally intended. We never plan for these conversations to go this way, but they always do. With that being said, the question came up very innocently at first, “What do you want?,” which was met with the typical “I don’t know,” and thus it began.

We are both very familiar with the Law of Attraction and how our thoughts, words, and actions are energy. In order for our desires to manifest, we have to be clear. We know this, we teach this, but when it comes to vocalizing our own desires, sometimes, it is really hard to be very clear and say what this looks like. My response to the question, “I want peace.” I don’t know what this looks like, but I know what it feels like. I want to feel calm, centered, and relaxed without feeling frustrated or anxious when things aren’t happening how and when I want them to. When posed with the question, “What does peace look like?,” I couldn’t respond. I could only “see” what I looked like experiencing this feeling.

I also feel like it is extremely important to say what you mean to say. Don’t hold back. Honor yourself and express your emotions. Open your heart to love and to be loved. Tell those individuals in your life what they mean to you. Speak your truth. Sometimes, we are met with disapproval or the proverbial “wall” and that’s okay!

Seeing things from the Higher perspective, each one of us are expressions of Source consciousness/God. We are having this human life experience as us to learn, grow, evolve, change and say what we mean to say. We truly are creating our reality with the energy we are putting out there. From my perspective, the only thing we actually have control of is our thoughts, words, actions, emotions and reactions.

With that being said, don’t compare your journey with another individual’s journey. Don’t think that you know what their journey is intended to look like. Simply enjoy being YOU and have the experiences YOU are intended to have!
